Meet Dr. Keith Krueger, DMD
Dr. Keith E. Krueger is a native of Central Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University in 1985. While at Oregon State he was a varsity athlete for four years on a wrestling scholarship. He then attended Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry where he received his doctorate in 1989. Following this, Dr. Krueger completed his internship while serving three years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. He was deployed with the Air Transportable Hospital for six months to the Persian Gulf War.
Dr. Krueger then began his four year residency, pursuing his passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed his training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1997. He practiced in Portland, Oregon for over three years before establishing his practice in Bend in 2000.
Dr. Krueger is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, which is the highest level of professional achievement. He served on the National Anesthesia Assistant Examination Committee for the American Association of OMS from 2007-2014. He has been on active medical staff at St. Charles Medical Center since 2000. Dr. Krueger is on call on a regular basis in the ER for facial trauma. He also performs elective surgeries at St. Charles Medical Center and at Bend Surgery Center.
When he is out of the office, Dr. Krueger enjoys spending time with his wife and his three children, being active in his church, and volunteering with YoungLife. In his free time, he loves the outdoors; hunting, fishing, and running.
